Do I need to be ready to buy or sell to reach out?
No. Some conversations start a year before a transaction. If you're thinking about a move, even loosely, it's worth getting the right context now so when you are ready, you're ready.
What information should I have ready?
Nothing required to start. For a real pre-approval: recent pay stubs, two years of W-2s or tax returns, a couple months of bank statements, and ID. We'll go through the list when the time comes — no pressure on the first call.
Can I just apply online instead?
Yes — the "Apply Now" button takes you straight to the secure mortgage application portal. Most clients prefer to talk first, then apply, but either order works.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Initial consultations cost nothing. There's no fee until we're working on a loan together, and even then the structure is fully disclosed up front.
What areas do you serve?
San Diego County is home base, but Evan is licensed throughout California — so any property in the state is in scope.
